The NCCA Website stores individuals data in a number of situations.
Enquiry Form Submissions
When an enquiry form is submitted the details entered in to the form are saved in to the NCCA Database.
Support Form Submissions
When a support form is submitted the details entered in to the form are saved in to the NCCA Database.
Player Registrations
Details on players representing each of the 20 counties are stored in the NCCA Database. The details stored are what is laid down and required by the ECB. These details are maintained by the respective County Officials and checked by the NCCA Admin Team.
County Officials
Each of the 20 counties has one or more representatives setup in order that they can login and carry out administration tasks on behalf of their County. The details stored, in the NCCA Database, for county officials is confined to their full name, email address and contact phone number.
NCCA Administrators
The NCCA Database stores the full names and email addresses of all NCCA administrators along with their role assignments.
Privacy
All details on individuals stored in the NCCA Database are strictly confidential and are not shared with any other business, organisation, or body other than the ECB in the case of player registrations.
Data Protection
All personal data stored in the NCCA Database is protected to an exceptionally high level courtesy of Microsoft Azure and profession database programming that prevents any kind of SQL injection attack succeeding. Both the NCCA and their developers, Worcestershire Web Design, operate strictly in accordance with ICO policy.
