Cambridgeshire’s opening National Counties T20 Group Three double header against Hertfordshire which was due to be played at Wisbech on Sunday has been cancelled.
The recent wet weather has left the Harecroft Road ground waterlogged and with no prospect of an improvement in conditions the decision or finding an alternative venue the decision was taken to cancel. Both counties will take two points from the double abandonment.
Cheshire’s opening Group One double-header against Northumberland on Sunday 16 will now be played at Chester Boughton Hall.
The match has been switched from the original venue at Sale where Cheshire were due to play their first competitive match since 1909.

Group One. Chester Boughton Hall: Cheshire v Northumberland, Moddershall: Staffordshire v Cumbria.
Group Two. Sherborne School: Dorset v Herefordshire, South Wilts CC: Wiltshire v Devon.
Group Three. Bourne: Lincolnshire v Norfolk.
Group Four. Falkland CC: Berkshire v Wales NC, Wormsley: Oxfordshire v Buckinghamshire.
