The European Cricket Championship is an exciting and fast-growing project. What started as eight European nations and 16 matches, has grown within four years to a product that reaches 30 nations, has 5 key events and is screened in 20 countries.
The NCCA has been fortunate to represent England in the Dream 11, 10 over-a-side tournament since it began in 2020. NCCA has held the winning title for three of the four years and won the most recent ECC-24.
In December 2023, NCCA Women were crowned victorious in the first-ever Women's European Cricket Championship (ECC-W) at the Cartama Oval in Malaga, Spain. Five teams competed across a single week from December 17th to December 22nd, including England XI, Spain, Netherlands, Austria and Italy.
This year, in December 2024, England XI Women will be travelling to compete in the ECC-W-24 for the second year in a row, looking to retain the trophy once more.
The England XI Women, coached by Jennifer Jackson-Tullet, currently the Head of Talent Pathway at Surrey CCC, includes a 13-strong squad of England’s exciting emerging players.
With a prime TV audience spanning the globe, we are very excited to be involved in this historical moment for cricket in Europe.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
