Jamie Overton selected for England 30-man squad

Jamie bowls with real pace! One of the few English born seamers to clock over 90 mph on a regular basis.

The 26 year-old played for NCCA side Devon from the age of 13. Starring throughout the age groups he was spotted by Somerset and also the England U19 selectors.

Born three minutes after his twin brother, Craig, Jamie appeared in multiple tournaments for England U19s including the U19 World Cup in Australia. He made his first-class debut for Somerset in 2012.

With over 150 first class wickets to his name, Jamie has been involved in England Lions training camps, and now has achieved selection into the 30-man squad for the upcoming series against the West Indies in the summer of 2020.
